How to view a dwelling:
You must visit our office at 1111 10th St. SE 20003. Located at
10th & M Streets (across from the Navy Yard). Use Metro Rail Green Line to
Navy Yard station or the Orange/Blue lines to Potomac Ave. station.
Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. To view a dwelling, keys may be checked out at our office between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. There is a $50.00 refundable cash deposit on all keys checked out.
Keys must be returned to our office the same day, no later than 1:00 PM to receive the $50 deposit refund. A valid, government issued, picture ID card such as a driver’s license or pass port must be presented at time of key check out.
Application fee is $35.00 per applicant and non refundable. Application Fees are payable in cash, money order, or certified check only. We do not accept personal checks on application fees.
Security deposits are equal to one month’s rent on all residential dwellings.
